its the tire.... but it doesnt literally come from teh tire... its is impossible for an RC tire to emit smoke...lol it comes form the orange paper glued to the tires.... you see them ?? attach one of those colored paper from a box of matches to your tires, i bet you it does make smoke from the scratching action with the ground...as long as it the tire keep scratching the paper on teh ground, smoke, there will be...until the paper runs out of the chemical..
