@asakayosapro Microsoft's TTSApp but in theory any TTS-enabled application will do. The voice is provided by Neospeech vt-show

How do I paste text into the speech engine while in full screen without minimizing the game?

Also, how was the text pasted in the speech engine in the NeoSpeech Vt-Show version of the youtube video?

Use of AGTH for the initial extraction, and the code in the script that i messaged you, which inserts the text from the clipboard into the voice application, upon appropriate hotkey press.
