1 has a harley and he gets up like at 5 and rides VERRRRY slowly to the gate(about 1/2 a mile away) and i can here him the WHOLE way! and i had a neighbor who had a realllly old, bad car, and would rev his engine EVERYDAY right outside my window for like 30 minutes at 6 in the morning! i guess thats what i get for living in apartments =/

at my apartments if you call enough, they will kick them out. so if i was you, i would call EVERYDAY until they get the point.
