The difference is simple as most people actually liked when Okocha did his thing as he was not just a one trick poney.

All Ronaldo can really do apart from score lots of times 4 ManU against mostly much smaller teams is "step overs". Okocha was the full package like Pele or Maradona. It's just that he didn't spend enough time in the right league so he wasn't recognised as much as he should've been.
