The skate parks themselves are not accountable for any accidents that happen within their grounds provided they were not violating any safety regulations. All skaters sign documentations absolving the park from any fault-- provided said regulations weren't broken.

Now, Just for Laughs OBVIOUSLY broke these violations, and I'm certain they had permission from the park to do so. Ergo, very solid grounds for a lawsuit case.
