There were great catch-phrases and driving pulse rhythms ... but the songs weren't serious or didn't reflect life in a realistic way. I knew that when I got into folk music, it was more of a serious type of thing. The songs are filled with more despair, more sadness, more triumph, more faith in the supernatural, much deeper feelings

criticizing It is like this fairytale, where the king is wearing "invisible" clothes and everyone say, ou, these are very nice clothes and no one wants to say that there is actually nothing - the king is naked, because only the stupid ones can not see the clothes, so you must say, what everybody else. But this king here is naked... and I am not afraid to say it.

Todd Haynes owned this film. I loved it, but since I didnt know much about "Dylan" it was kind of hard to understand....so do your research before seeing it.

This Movie is astounding and I cannot understand when people are saying why this actor or why that? The actors are not supposed to look like Bob Dylan they are a representation of him. Lets face it the Black kid says it all! It is about whats going on in his mind and his life, stop getting hung up on what the actors look like! Cate Blanchet and the film won Grand Jury and best actress at the venice film festival! The film is genius! Dylan is a living legend!
