@xJak93 diet u gada stuff ur face with good healthy proteins like chicken tuna any kind of fish with some rice beans. i dnt really recommen doin cardio but if u want to do it after the workout. Like me i was 98 pounds now im 120 of mass. u gada b real dedicated not be distracted by anything. also make sure u do the right form and try to do the workout slowly. Muscle growth is all about control and form in the workouts. try concetrating on one muscle one day and workout at least 5 times a week.
@xJak93 steak can b good but ull get da best protein from fish and also chicken is one of the best but make sure u get some good catbs with the protein like eat it with some rice some beans and wen u wana eat a snack eat a protein bar
hi, i broke my humerous at the gym doing bech press almost 2 months ago. i had a surgery, got 6 screws with a metal plate in my left arm. it's been some time since i started doing physiotherapy, so far, i've got some good results. i managed to unblock my blocked elbow from wearing the tutor all the time. i pretty much lost all my bicep/tricep and shoulder. if i'm going to follow your advice, will i be gettin my muscle back considering the left arm is badly weaken?

good form, good pace, and when doing reps (e.g. bicep curl) you should always tense the muscle as its at its peak to force blood into the muscle and cause more stress then just doing the curling motion ! s'what i always do !
p.s Jeff, do you use Protein powder at all, if so, which one? because i've been looking around to see who prefers what and why to make sure i get the right one to help !

P90X is good, but Athlean-X is way more creative, therefore, u r less likely to get bored. Myself, I use some exercises from Athlean-X and I combine it with Dorian Yate's Blood and Guts 6 Week Trainer

Bump P90x it overtrains and is too long. Athleanx is that heat, 25 to 30 minutes and your workout is done.
