i was using the ut3 version of the editor and under the properties if you open the advanced part and check editor should snap you can rotate it in 90 degrees or what ever you set it at.

ok i have a question to do with jumping over cover...when even i put a cover link to jump something then rebuild it doesn't work, i can shoot over it but not jump it, its very annoying, i even made it not collision and lowerd it to hip hight...but still nothing, any 1 have any ideas?

I know its 1 months late and you may have figured it out. But what worked for me was go into cover edit mode right click all your nodes ad Allow "toggle climb up"
