I bought this machine a year ago. I have to say that I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the machine. It lasted less than a year, and I am now shopping for a new one, that I will certainly not be buying from Nordic track. Your service in Canada is non existent. The machine is bulky, heavy and should have lasted at least for two years. I have to disassemble it and place some expensive garbage in the landfill.
