There is pretty much no info on anime yet, it's just a manga promo. To make anime, they still need a lot more material released.

Usually, one volume of manga contains few chapters, from 5 to around 15. Anime industry tends to rush things, so sometimes they squish 1/4 or even 2/4 of manga volume into one, 20 minute episode.

This anime version isn't going to come out probably until 2 1/2 to 3 years. I mean that's the average time before any of her anime come out and don't forget that Rumiko only been this for a short while.
