You fail. I already play a real guitar. Don't tell others to buy a real guitar instead of playing a plastic one, if you don't know nothing about them.
Besides, a person can play Guitar Hero if he/she wants to - it doesn't necessarily mean they have to buy a real guitar.

It's not a custom. It's a part of Metallica's newest album "Death Magnetic" as a downloadable content. It's available on Xbox 360 and PS3, I believe, don't know about others.
