but i prefer tahu (tofu) coz it easier to eat....

this is the best soy to eat, all non fermented soy mimics estrogen, so it wreaks havoc on your system, it also stops your thyroid from working, but Netto , Tempeh and misso are all fine as the fermentation process destroys these things, plus has Vitamin K2 which you cannot get from many things in the world.
