@alex9crazy9alex it is pointer 2nd fret a-string, middlefinger 2nd fret high e string, ringfinger 3rd fret b-string and pinky 3rd fret high e string, others open except low e. the variotion then is Em7 Em9 Em7 with pinky/middlefinger off :-)
