It's impossible to piece clips together to make the storyline obvious in trailers like this because the film is fragmented and plays in reverse sometimes, it was confusing to watch until the later 1/3 but such an original and beautiful love story with all the realism of negatives associated with any love story that most hollywood directors tend to shy away from.
No one is perfect and as such no relationship is perfect either as this film displays.
Finally a fan-vid that doesn't repulse. Actually, it doesn't come as a surprise, cause The Scientist is almost about the same... Good job, however Jon Brion remains the first choice...;)
Martin was inspired to write "The Scientist" after listening to George Harrison's "All Things Must Pass".[1] The song also alludes to the short story "The Birthmark" by Nathaniel Hawthorne, in which a scientist forgets about the love of his life due to his devotion to science. He then realises his mistake when it is already too late, as her death now haunts him.[citation needed]
The song indeed fits the movie clips! Great movie...

Jim Carey is such a good REAL actor.
Fuck movies like "Yes Man". "Liar Liar" was the only actually good one. I wish more people would recognise the full extent of his acting talent.
