China Southern Flight from LAX to Guangzhou

I wonder why would the airline let passengers boarding the plane via ladder instead of sky bridge ?? Can't China Southern afford to pay for sky bridge boarding gate fee at LAX ??

@roundheaderaser You know that some airports have not that much free gates at that moment? At Beijing airport I stopped in the middle of the street and I had to travel by bus to the terminal because Beijing Capital International Airport is the bussiest airport of the world.

Damn, those seats look small. I guess for the price one cannot complain.
