  • Please look up trigger point therapy!

Trigger points are small fiber knots in your muscles that cause tremendous pain. Good massage therapists can deactivate them. Look that up!

BTW, Electric muscle stimulator from LMG is awesome, packs such a punch, I couldn't believe it ( if you've ever tried it at chiropractors, well, it's the same strength)! Good luck to all of you!

  • Be carefull. If you don't know about tens units you may order one that WON'T WORK FOR YOU. This company "LG TEC inc will charge you 25% restocking fee if you find out that their product is crap. Most other companies do the same. I suggest that you call the company first and agree that if the unit dose'nt releive my pain can I get a full refund? If they say no, well then tell them to F.... themselves. This internet robbery has to stop. If pain isin back TENS UNITS WON'T STOP THE PAIN. Lying cons.

  • So can I use this to get ripped??

  • I've had this EMS/TENS unit for a year now and really like it.

  • voice is sooo deep

  • I had a horrible neck injury and after physical sports therapy with painful weights pulling on my neck to stretch my neck muscle my sports doctor took me out of physical therapy replaced those sessions with a TENS unit. Love my Tens.

  • @Commonsensitivity

Funny you say that. I'm about to buy a TENS unit for a neck injury i've had for almost a year. It recovered since then but never to 100% and flares up every once in a while. Last night I re-aggravated it and now I'm fearing I really will need physical therapy. Fingers crossed that this works.

  • @Kris4868 I've been using my TENS so much the highest setting doesn't even bother me anymore. I remember the first time I used it on low setting it freaked me out now I need something with evev more juice..hehe

  • why your voice so deep?

  • can you modulate frequency and pulse length for TENS and EMS?
