What child wouldn't want to see their father? Let's assume for one second that most men love their children and are not abusive (aka reality) in what universe would a loved child not want to see their father? seriously!

Divorced men have been turned into slaves and together, we all need to stop paying child support. The system would be loathe to criminalise millions of men around the world. They would have to come up with a fair system coz at the end of the day, when push comes to shove, we all have a vote...

Men don't understand it's all about the money and if you go to court you are financing the problem. Lawyers/judges get rich and most leglislators are lawyers getting rich from divorce. ALSO CHILD SUPPORT IS A 5 BILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS!

It is about money & is also about control, which helps you get money. Men realise but by the time it hits them, it's too late, and the damage has been done. A father faced with a mother preventing him seeing his kids, and protected by law, often has little choice but to take the matter to court. If you aren't seeing your kids before court, you can only hope the legal process will improve this. Sadly it often doesn't and as you say the money just keeps the legal parasites happy.

I recommend if you must go to court, it has to be a last resort and you should represent yourself, with the aid of a McKenzie Friend (Litigant Friend) for support.
