Lens test on a Canon 60D: Zeiss 50mm f1.4 VS Canon 50mm f1.8

Thing is I am willing to pay more for a less if I can see a difference in quality. In which circumstances is the zeiss better and is it worth paying 4 times more for it.

you did use show the zeiss lens at 1.4. Would you recommend getting the canon?

@XSwishX I choose 1.8 because the canon lens can't have an f 1.4, and i want to compare the two lenses. The Canon is a good lens, also because is cheap, but the ZEISS one is another thing! It depends on different things: budget, for example.
