The SETI proect uses the Scientific Method to SCAN FOR EVIDENCE of alien existence. YOU have decided, for God knows what reason, that alien life is "unprovable to exist" when all it would take is, as we're searching for, evidence of intelligent radio-signals, or simply a sample of alien DNA.

I never said Aliens exist. I think I came to this page and commented about why Aliens (if they exist) may use ASCII or Binary to communicate as these languages are more universally understood across Earth. Never said they DO use ASCII, just that it would be logical IF they were chatting with us.

SETI is such a waste of money. Their largest error is in assuming that extraterrestrials will be using radio communication, and on the SAME frequencies which we humans use!!! How stupid; even today proposals have been made to move away from radio communications and switch over to LASER-comm, and just who knows what else aliens may use...perhaps they have found a way to use gravity to make a faster-than-light signal, and then certainly SETI would be left out in the dust.
It's only logical that we use radio first because we have to use what we know. I agree that the odds of getting a signal are almost non existant but it's worth a shot in case in the off chance that we do hear something. Laser comm...ect are good theories but we don't have that kind of technology yet to use for SETI projects, maybe someday we will.

okay I'm not here to convince you of anything. But I will tell you this story in hopes you will understand ME better: in my life I have had some very large health issues that made me very weak of body. During a very serious time I had become unable to eat. therefore I was fasting. During this time I saw the floods that just happened, I saw the tornadoes but didn't understand the area I saw as I never been there before - I SEE THE CALIFORNIA QUAKE THAT IS COMING.

SETI is focused on getting signals from 2,000,000 light years away; that is, the Andromeda Galaxy. There is no doubt that there are other forms of intelligent life out there. I'm sure that our top military personnel and scientists have known this first hand for many years. I believe that there is really no longer an actual need for Seti. They already know the truth about UFO's. They just want to keep it alive to fool the public and to maintain their jobs.
Indeed, it is illogical to assume an alien civilisation would use 'radio' or use it in the same method we do. So far as I know SETI is still looking for single frequencies, when broadband will transport data more efficiently, with less degradation and security - which also thins the potential for finding a discrete signal.
The truth is we don't even know to seek, both the type of energy and method of delivery. Gravitational distortions would be more efficient for communication thru space.
Well, maybe not gravity waves. Remember, gravity strength falls off faster than any other force in nature, which is why it is considered the weakest of all the forces. Besides, you'd have to be able to manipulate the frequency to communicate with it, in essence changing gravity, and that seems an awfully silly use of the energies that would take. Plus the signal degradation would be horrendous (inverse square law).
It is thought to be the weakest form because we are only able to detect a small amount of the matter in the universe.
Assuming we had a detection mechanism it would be the most efficient, since it's detectable, almost instantaneously, throught the universe and even adjoining universes, assuming we do have a multiverse.
It is poorly understood, but since dark matter makes most of the universe, when we are able to ultilise it, communication by gravitation will be the preferred method thru space.
Actually, of the physical forces, gravity is KNOWN to be the weakest. It is only detectable with large masses. The strongest force is known, ironically enough, as the strong force and it binds subatomic particles together.
Dark matter is a theory that hasn't been proven yet. It is "poorly understood" because none of our 'proven' theories predicted it. The Dark Matter theory may be completely wrong.
Actually, in GR it is not seen as a 'force'. The time derivative of the changing momentum of an object is what we label as "gravitational force". It could actually be seen as weaker only because it alone can travel across dimensions.
The other forces are rooted to the structure of matter within our fourth dimensional spacetime, while gravity is part of the more basic underlying fabric from which spacetime is constructed.
So in english, gravity is still a function of mass if it is "the time derivation of the changing momentum..." whether you call it a force or not. Dimensions is just a mathematical way to describe space. From what you've said, I still can't see any way to use gravity as a means of communication without manipulating matter, lots of it.

Technology isn't magic. However, even advanced technology must obey known physical laws. Matter contains a lot of energy but it takes a lot of energy to shift it in any way other than what it is already 'doing.' To manipulate gravity, you'd have to shift matter. Where's your energy source, and why bother using that much energy when there are less energy intensive ways to communicate? Using 'gravity waves' doesn't make any logical sense. It isn't efficient or practical, even if possible.

I don't have a gravity machine, but it would likely be done by adjusting stellar mass and energy output. A type II civilisation would have such energy, some 4×10^37 W, and would be able to do such a thing.

Furthermore, we do know how to entangle small amounts of matter by creating paired particles and then moving them away from each other. That is the only case of "instantaneous" transfer of information we've demonstrated. Problem is that you can only move one of the particle pairs away at sub-relativistic speeds, so even if we could find a way to use it for communications, one end would still take centuries at least to move far enough to serve as one end of the system.
Finally, it has already been suggested that some wavelenght further up the spectrum, say in the ultraviolet to gamma ray range would be more logical as a place to look for communications from aliens, if they exist, because their craft, if they exist, would have to use enormous amounts of energy anyway, making a higher energy communications band a more logical choice. Light=speed of light, the fastest speed there is.
p.s., gravity waves, if they exist, still would not be able to propagate through space faster than the speed of light. Light speed is the unbreakable speed barrier and may very well be a characteristic of space itself.

It's a point someone made about the most energetic wavelenghts are ultraviolet and above. If the orbs recorded by NASA during shuttle missions are ultra-high energy and if they relate to ET/UFOs, then it would make sense to look for signals also in these higher ranges rather than in low-frequency radio waves. The only reason SETI uses radio waves is because that's what WE use to beam broadcasts. We may need to look higher up the ElectroMagnetic spectrum.

The close encounter is from 2008, on my channel is the picture video I made of it.
This close encounter was during daylight, I was prepared for about a month by the "living UFO", so when it (finally) happened I wasn't shocked. Because of that I have the most detailled close up of a hovering orb, with it's glowing inner structure, in the world. It rocks the concept of existence.
Nick Pope knows of it and acts as if it did not happen.

SETI is such a waste of money. Their largest error is in assuming that extraterrestrials will be using radio communication, and on the SAME frequencies which we humans use!!! How stupid; even today proposals have been made to move away from radio communications and switch over to LASER-comm, and just who knows what else aliens may use...perhaps they have found a way to use gravity to make a faster-than-light signal, and then certainly SETI would be left out in the dust.

It's only logical that we use radio first because we have to use what we know. I agree that the odds of getting a signal are almost non existant but it's worth a shot in case in the off chance that we do hear something. Laser comm...ect are good theories but we don't have that kind of technology yet to use for SETI projects, maybe someday we will.

okay I'm not here to convince you of anything. But I will tell you this story in hopes you will understand ME better: in my life I have had some very large health issues that made me very weak of body. During a very serious time I had become unable to eat. therefore I was fasting. During this time I saw the floods that just happened, I saw the tornadoes but didn't understand the area I saw as I never been there before - I SEE THE CALIFORNIA QUAKE THAT IS COMING.

My fasting was for weeks at a time with the loss of much of my mussels this lasted 2 years. This was when I released everything to God. When I did that something happened. Suddenly when I had a word of knowledge - it came true.
When I had a dream - it came true. the simple dreams always were as I saw them but the complicated dreams are MUCH HARDER TO UNDERSTAND

In 1995 I knew a guy on the high end of Seti's management when I lived in the bay area. He and I were really good friends after awhile. He was in a position of power for a time and told me that SETI is just a funnel for the money to make the equipment. He said he didn't care because it made him rich so whatever. But later he became upset and now is dead.

SETI is focused on getting signals from 2,000,000 light years away; that is, the Andromeda Galaxy. The irony is that all the documentation, by highly credible witnesses, of extraterrestrial contact (e.g., military, astronauts, police, politicians)is being either ridiculed or ignored. I think to entertain the idea that we are being observed is too fantastic for world powers to consider. The most comfortable reaction is denial.

??? Speed of light is constant/I am repeating what I was told. What does glass do to light? would a constant not negate a solid object creating a shadow? Being that its made of molecules, leaving holes for light to travel through and thus creating no shadow because it would be to fast for a shadow to form.

There is no doubt that there are other forms of intelligent life out there. I'm sure that our top military personnel and scientists have known this first hand for many years. I believe that there is really no longer an actual need for Seti. They already know the truth about UFO's. They just want to keep it alive to fool the public and to maintain their jobs.

Indeed, it is illogical to assume an alien civilisation would use 'radio' or use it in the same method we do. So far as I know SETI is still looking for single frequencies, when broadband will transport data more efficiently, with less degradation and security - which also thins the potential for finding a discrete signal.
The truth is we don't even know to seek, both the type of energy and method of delivery. Gravitational distortions would be more efficient for communication thru space.

Well, maybe not gravity waves. Remember, gravity strength falls off faster than any other force in nature, which is why it is considered the weakest of all the forces. Besides, you'd have to be able to manipulate the frequency to communicate with it, in essence changing gravity, and that seems an awfully silly use of the energies that would take. Plus the signal degradation would be horrendous (inverse square law).

It is thought to be the weakest form because we are only able to detect a small amount of the matter in the universe.
Assuming we had a detection mechanism it would be the most efficient, since it's detectable, almost instantaneously, throught the universe and even adjoining universes, assuming we do have a multiverse.
It is poorly understood, but since dark matter makes most of the universe, when we are able to ultilise it, communication by gravitation will be the preferred method thru space.

Actually, of the physical forces, gravity is KNOWN to be the weakest. It is only detectable with large masses. The strongest force is known, ironically enough, as the strong force and it binds subatomic particles together.
Dark matter is a theory that hasn't been proven yet. It is "poorly understood" because none of our 'proven' theories predicted it. The Dark Matter theory may be completely wrong.

Actually, in GR it is not seen as a 'force'. The time derivative of the changing momentum of an object is what we label as "gravitational force". It could actually be seen as weaker only because it alone can travel across dimensions.
The other forces are rooted to the structure of matter within our fourth dimensional spacetime, while gravity is part of the more basic underlying fabric from which spacetime is constructed.

Technology isn't magic. However, even advanced technology must obey known physical laws. Matter contains a lot of energy but it takes a lot of energy to shift it in any way other than what it is already 'doing.' To manipulate gravity, you'd have to shift matter. Where's your energy source, and why bother using that much energy when there are less energy intensive ways to communicate? Using 'gravity waves' doesn't make any logical sense. It isn't efficient or practical, even if possible.

I never claimed technology is magic, as I said radio isn't the most logical thing to use.
I don't have a gravity machine, but it would likely be done by adjusting stellar mass and energy output. A type II civilisation would have such energy, some 4×10^37 W, and would be able to do such a thing.
When you think of another more practical, efficient, and instantaneous form of communication, let me know.

I suggest that not only is it a ridiculous idea, it would be entirely an entirely unnecessary and wasteful use of energy for communications. Also, it wouldn't be "instantaneous." Furthermore, we do know how to entangle small amounts of matter by creating paired particles and then moving them away from each other. That is the only case of "instantaneous" transfer of information we've demonstrated. Problem is that you can only move one of the particle pairs away at sub-relativistic speeds, so even if we could find a way to use it for communications, one end would still take centuries at least to move far enough to serve as one end of the system.

Finally, it has already been suggested that some wavelenght further up the spectrum, say in the ultraviolet to gamma ray range would be more logical as a place to look for communications from aliens, if they exist, because their craft, if they exist, would have to use enormous amounts of energy anyway, making a higher energy communications band a more logical choice. Light=speed of light, the fastest speed there is.

It's a point someone made about the most energetic wavelenghts are ultraviolet and above. If the orbs recorded by NASA during shuttle missions are ultra-high energy and if they relate to ET/UFOs, then it would make sense to look for signals also in these higher ranges rather than in low-frequency radio waves. The only reason SETI uses radio waves is because that's what WE use to beam broadcasts. We may need to look higher up the ElectroMagnetic spectrum.

No the reason they USE the type of frequency they USE is because of SPACE. Space has debri cosmic dust ect. Certain wavelengths penetrate through these debri and others are obsorbed! So if they look at ultra violet frequency it would be masked by debri in SPACE. If alien are real, the reason they resonate high frequency is energy! E=MC2
