  • You should really try keeping your hands above your elbow at all times...start scrubbing at your finger tips first to avoid back tracking........just food for thought...check out the video from djhughes017..awesome teacher......good luck.

  • he just contaminated the crap out of the sponge.

    wow, this guy sucks.

  • how about covering his facial hair ad lovely hat /to bad it doesnt cover his head

  • you definately rinse from hand to elbow...shaking the water off your hand at the end defeats the whole purpose of the scrub technique...might as well dip your hands in toilet water

  • Did you say to use the nail pick to clean the "subinguinal" areas? OUCH!

  • -First you don't put down your hands lower than your elbow.

-its better to do it in circular motion.

  • that's right, taylornate!!! also the nails should be scrubbed first to avoid backtracking, 30 seconds on each set of nails, and the entire scrub should last 5 minutes! 30 seconds on nails of each hand first of all, then 1 & 1/2 minutes on each hand and a minute on each arm. also he should scrub to 2 inches ABOVE each elbow!!! (I'm a surgical tech student!)

  • Flicking the water off your hands as done here is incorrect. Also, the rinsing is done strictly hand to elbow.

  • Thanks very helpful
