FF VII: Advent Children (which i used in this video) is a movie, though the story line in the movie follows after the game.

Crisis Core is a game, a prequel to FFVII.

And yes, the animation is stunning - particularly the ingame scenes in Crisis Core.

This is from the movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (my only exposure to the FF franchise, alas). Excellent video. I was "brought up on" Aerith4Ever's tribute to Ayashi no Ceres to this song, and I think it is a very romantic song. Were I to do an FF:AC tribute with this song, I'd emphasize Cloud's relationships with Tifa, Marlene, and Denzel. I'm a tad disappointed...just a tad.

Well, if I remember correctly, the sword is Zacks as he said, but on the cliff, he put the sword there also because thats where Zacked died. Zack and Cloud wern't the only two tested with Jenova Cells though. Sepheroth was Injected with them in the womb of Lucrecia, Vincents love to say...and don't forget all the black cloked guys with number..they were expirements trying to creat Sepheroth again...there were more then just cloud and zack played with XD

Did u know theres a Japanese Rockstar that looks like him but thats how they created Cloud, based on him! That same rockstar is even the japanese voice actor of Cloud too!

Not to be all technical and everything but Cloud is based off of Gackt (the rockstar you're talking about) but the Japenese voice for Cloud is done by Takahiro Sakurai, who's not even a rockstar. Look at Gackt's video Vanilla and you'll see a resemblance to him and Cloud. Anyways, I love this video and the music. :)
