0.01% of science has been contributed by the Islamic society...(im not exaggerating these numbers, this was the percentage found)

None of the religious books set up science. We only started true scientific breakthroughs in the last century because of the dark age of religion. It broke our connection from the ancient civilezations.

So in answer to your statement, it's the opposite, it hindered scientific discoveries.

so have you read about embryology in the Quran, or knowledge on the expansion of the universe, the water cycle, Earths orbit around the sun, etc. you realize just how far fetched all that was 1400 years ago? The Quran is very scientific if youd actually look into it. its very widespread knowledge that Islam set up the base for science and got the ball rolling. i cant find plenty of backing if you need links ill send them-

@superraiden the scientific renaissance was sparked by muslim spain,the first piping systems,books on the heart and blood circulation and algebra are just one or two of the many things muslims contributed to the world and thats a historical fact
