Sad story here! Gordon with Spedding should have been a giant succes story.
Instead, he's still struggling to survive.
What he captures at his best is, the true spirit of the old rockabilly sound, and makes it sound new.

Robert Gordon has always had a real knack for getting great guitarists to work with him. From Danny Gatton to Link Wray to Chris Spedding. He never misses.

saw him at the Cleveland Agora in 1978 and he was amazing. Stll sings great, but like th erest of us has aged! Looks a bit like Johnny Cash.
