i dont think so it looks like the dreamcast version cuz a have it is in practice mode

You can just play it on an emulator like M.A.M.E you can switch to home mode that has practice when you want.

actually, its cruel mode in the pc version. use mvs settings then use setup software.

dude to do kagami's super desperation you must be in air then hcf+hcf+b he will dive to the opponent and do a phoenix shaped fire. and can you give me a tip on how to unlock kouryu i know the code but i still can't unlock him.

Actually, it's forward, HCF + B. It's pretty easy to do...
