Love hina is about a guy named keitaro who is extremely clumsy and is trying to get into a really good school but failed twice. because he failed his parents kicked him out. so he goes to his grandmothers inn to stay there only to find out its been turned into an all girls dorm. a series of events happen and he becomes the dorms manager. thats the basics. its reallly quite funny.
