the padman is making one of the best strikers in the world look crap, why not let paul find is own distance and timing without meeting his punches with the pads, i think half of the time coaches do it to look good, theres a time and a place for it though, you can see paul is not getting the best workout and theres a chance of paul hurting his wrists, which i think is bad because hes a strikers too risky, he would be best training with ian mongoose jones hes a great padman one of the best
