I have ZERO expectations when on a date.

If you think too much about the date then yeah no matter what you do it will be hell.

When on a first date you are supposed to act like you and not all defensive.

We don't really do dating in New Zealand, although I certainly cant speak for everyone.

We tend to hook up with people at mass get together's dinners BBQ's or parties, swap numbers and then try again later - usually when we're a bit more sober. Sometimes it's a bit more like a pot luck dinner - you go to a party, get completely mothered and see if you like who you woke up with, and then go out.

Do Maddies other tricks in series and then try the bow. I don't think she is getting the connection. Aren't you supposed to say "bow" when try it, rather then "stay". Maddie looked confused, bewildered, as if she was being punished and all she wanted to do was play. You'll never make it trying the trick in isolation and without a command. Some dogs dance when you ask them and bait them with food. I taught a retriver like six tricks in one hour once, and it was only a year old.
