  • If I was in this video, I would know what to do,and as far as the price of the Ladder truck, it was a fair estimate.Still a waste of big money. It was not needed at this particular fire or is it needed anywhere in Haverford Township. Unless the cell tower catches on fire in front of the township building.

  • Good strong response by Manoa Fire Co. and it's members, embarrassing effort by Brookline fireman and there Chief who is not in fire protective clothing, who shows up as a police officer and is not ready to respond properly to a rescue situation, The Ladder truck is also a waste of taxpayers money in Havertown, and is not needed. A million dollar Joke. There was no presure on that hose connection D.B.Because there is no water presure on it. Bad ladder placement also, should have been in the rear.

  • so at least at this point he has a helmet on, and for the unexperienced member who cannot hook the hose up is a false statement... hooking up to a side pump there is sometimes an excessive amount of pressure holding the cap on causing a tough seal to break... attacking an all volunteer fire company is a terrible thing to do... each fire company in the country volunteer or paid have their problems only because they are staffed by humans... strong work to ALL companies on scene of this fire

  • pretty good ladder placement by brookline... noticing the clear overhead wires that wouldve otherwise ruined the whole ladder operation was avoided by placing the truck in the driveway. To clear up a comment below and how its attacking a person by name over forum.. that is NOT the chief hence the no white helmet and also with many firefighters who drive apparatus its nearly impossible to drive trucks in full turnout gear and is also dangerous ( the pedals are very small and close together...

  • I have experience putting fires out as well as knowing how to hook the main hydrant line up to a fire truck, and run the branches for the hoses that are going to knock down the fire douche bags,so I am not uneducated, you ignorant F--K! You can clearly see at this fire scene. the Manoa fire Co.knows exactly what to do,the second they arrive. the Chief from Brookline arrives on the scene without his gear on.That Million dollar ladder is just taking up space.A 100 foot, million dollars JOKE!

  • you can see here in this video, a clear intacation of how the brookline fire co. is a joke, and is a waste of taxpayers and property owners money in Havertown. The Manoa fireman arrive on scene with there hoses already on the go,while a untrained rookie from the Brookline fumbles to do a fundamental job, hooking a hose line up to a noozle on a Ladder truck that is way over a million dollars. The Chief of the Brookline should resign for putting people's lives in the hands of this untrained rookie!

  • @merwood1 Clear indication or clear intacation? Anyways, seeing one firefighter, whom might be working his/her first ever job (working fire), could be a little nervous or less-confident. That doesn't mean that they are a joke or are untrained, it could be something simple as confidence. Don't rip on an entire company based on your observation of one person struggling a little. I may be wrong, but I'm guessing you, yourself, are not a fire fighter, and just want to judge from the sidelines.

  • @merwood1 So, unless you are in the same line of work, shut up! And if you are a fire fighter, shame on you for putting firemen down rather than trying to help them out. Keep your uneducated comments to yourself, you ignoramus!

  • @merwood1 i can tell you that ladder truck is not over a millions dollars and stop bashing this fire company i dont see you anywhere in this video trying to put the fire out.

  • I was at that fire with Bon Air.

  • @LaPronci Wow, didn't expect a firefighter there to find this video! XD

  • @LaPronci I was trying to find pictures of me or a video, I see myself in this twice, but not good enough to post of facebook other then the video.

  • @LaPronci Haha i watched a youtube video just to see if i could see myself some time back.. They caught me venting the roof, but couldn't really make out much(smoke). Then the second time you could clearly see me... blowing my nose by the rig wtf LOL... Oh well you got to get them black buggers out some time after venting even more so when its cold as crap out. just sharing my youtube glory moment with you.

    Stay safe
