I have always hated these things. Why do people believe these dangerious products? The same people that buy them are the same people who who berserk if they are around a smoker but then happly go home and breath in the checials in these air freshers- DUMB!!

This is a ridiculous blathering of pseudoscience. It's not the particulates that cause the problems, it's the concentration. It would be nearly impossible to bring inorganic substances to a toxic level using a even a dozen plug in fresheners. You face more toxic particulates (including Phthalates) sitting in a car idling for more than a few minutes. Do some research before you making such wildly inaccurate statements.

All the information in this video is so obvious, I figured it all out on my own. And i have no education in medicine or in chemistry beyond high-school. plug in airfreshners make people with epilpsy unwell for about 3 days, i have epilepsy n i stay away from houses with them, and before i go into poeples houses for the 1st time i always ask if they have them so i no weither i will be ok

I am very allergic to Fabreze plug ins , my skin breaks out in a rash if I just walk into an apartment where someone uses these things . I have met one other person who has this so far . I found out it contains phthalates which cause reproductive harm to children .

I once worked in a office where 2 guys from another country worked for 3 months. In some countrys some people don't take baths but onces a week. I put up a plug in and after they left the oder got into all the equipment for months after.

I have two cats and two litterboxes in a fairly small duplex. Needless to say the odor is often overpowering. I bought two plugin air fresheners to soften the blow a little. They did leave the air smelling kinda like clean laundry, but soon I started waking up in the mornings with a stuffy nose. I removed the air fresheners, and the problem went away. That's all I know.

I agree! When you buy something/anything that has a picture of strawberries/flowers/ berries and its ingredients have nothing to do with natural berries or real flowers you are funding chem companies not greenhouses. Read the ingreadients. usually additivies are some sort of sythesized chem-chain coumpounds- yes cancercausing invention!

I took a tour on an old plantation- 150 yrs ago they used real fruit in a basket in the old days with flowers to get a nice odor. Drej

Great video, don't really care for "air fresheners" anyway.

Go for the electronic air cleaner segment, LOL! only thing those are really good for are really cheap parts. (fans/blowers, and high voltage transformers.) lack of effectiveness with those explains why lots of air cleaning gadgets wind up in thrift stores shelves.
