Yeah i teached 2 kids to do this first...before they do the Kong One.and a 10yr old learnt it in the first 10mins.Pretty awesome.cause it took me a long ass time cause i didint know how to learn it in a safe way,on till i figured out this vault long time ago.then felt confident to do it.

what I used to do (20 yrs ago when there might be something like Parkour) is similiar, but your both legs cross from between your arms when your arms is fixed on the rail. Now I got 20KG extra so i didn't try that again

I can't do this vault using two feet to jump? I can only get enough height when using one foot to jump over, does this make any difference to the vault? And with more training will I be able to get enough height with two feet someday?

I think names in Parkour for vaulting is kinda lame, haha. I mean we argue about what the names and how efficient they are, but its all Parkour, its all Free Running, and it all doesn't matter. we do it to have fun and enjoy movement and freedom. why do we ruin it by going on the internet and dissing fellow Traceurs? never mind just screw it, Im going to go do what David Belle wanted Parkour to become.

i disagree bro, most traceurs think this is useless but to tell you the truth, i find this vault faster than the monkey or rail kong. its just more effective with less energy, plus its ezier to 1, 2 step off to continue the run. may not look fancy but it gets the job done faster

second, if ur getting more effiecny on this than a catpass, ur doing it wrong. lets c how fast u go after u correctly perform a catpass, and aftre u "correctly" form a "two handed vault"

do this place your arms on the ground, and keep them straight out! Can you sit down on the ground with hand palms there? Usually no.. :P Now plase 1 hand on whatever u want to jump over.. Take a little step bak and swing ur legs over.. now try with both arms, just like tutorial! PS. if you are scared of this then try gain some more muscles in your legs to build up ur coinfident..
