Obliterating the Grip Machine in the Mall

i never seen one of those machines.. u must be a horse.. hey i dunno anything about this grip stuff but at physical therapy today i squeezed the meter thingy he gave me to 170 psi.. how does that measure up i dont know averages, do you? i cant find anything on the net about it
