Aside from the fact that this is a great song, this song brings back a great memory for me every time that I hear it. This song was out, when I finished my last college semester in December, 1980. "Heart Hotels" was played on the car radio when I was on my way to the airport in Columbus, Ohio to come back home to New York City. Dan Fogelberg performed here a couple of times in the recent years before his death. His great music will live on forever !
