  • Being dead enhances the flavor of the crumb crisp, ooh that's harsh, crumb crisp coating. It's tough on the ear, you see.

  • The way his aura brightens the second he mentions Mrs. Pell's Fish Sticks is awesome. He just loves them that much.

  • Bacon is better when you're dead because can eat as much as you want without that menacing cholesterol clogging your conscience.

  • We know a certain mansion in New York where the Sherman family lives. Every October, Orson Welles' ghost appears there to tell you about the virtues of Mrs. Pell's Fishsticks...MWAHAHAHAHAAAA!

  • @andyjay729 LOL! Love it!

  • @keith172 You win at life!

  • @andyjay729 What do you mean "Every October?" It's not even halloween yet and already he's haunting. Don't you mean "In October" over the footage of the haunted mansion? Isn't that the fun of it?

  • now for a little magic, i will make this ghostly appirition dissapear

  • cut prevention is becoming very necessary

  • Mrs. Pell's Fishsticks: They're even better raw and when you're dead.

  • @Chibbiekid I think the raw fish sticks caused his death.

  • THEY'RE EVEN BETTER WHEN YOU'RE DEAD

  • Everything should be better when we're dead. Don't have to worry about food poisoning.

  • If the fishsticks are good, imagine how yummy a french fry stuck in a dead guys beard would be! YUMM!

  • Orson Welles makes me hungry.

  • "yes...OH YES! THEY'RE EVEN BETTER WHEN YOUR DEAD!!"

    ♥♥♥

this randomly pops into my head whenever I am walking down the street! ♥

    love it!

  • I thought he said, they're even better raw.

  • he did when he was in the "living will" *thunder cracks*. That was earlier in the episode.

  • ...a place filled with country goodness and green pea-ness.

  • ...wait. That's terrible. I QUIT!

  • @hustlax Just a handful for the road. Oh what Luck! There's a french FRY stuck in my beard!

  • I love that line so much.

  • Judd Apatow wrote this episode, btw

  • Yes, OH YES! They're EVEN BETTER WHEN YOU'RE DEAD!

  • Mm yes! Yes! Even better when youre decapitated! Yes!

  • =D no problem =D

  • Haha. Don't get your hopes up. I rogot how to turn off GodMode.

  • I think I know what you mean.

  • They're even better when your dead!

  • wow, thanks for being clever enough to write the punchline to a 16 second clip

  • it's spelled YOU'RE goddamnit

  • Don't be a grammar nazi...

  • meh. don't transcribe punchlines if you're not capable...

  • Lol is that Brain's voice from Pinky in the brain? XD

  • yep

  • Maurice LaMarche also voiced "the brain" on animaniacs. (the ghost of Orson Welles)anyone else besides myself catch that?

  • i did

  • bellinger2112, kewl.

  • Also the voice of Dr. Egon Spengler, making his appearance as a ghost very ironic.

  • I was wondering who did the voice of Orson Wells in The Critic. Thanks

  • Maurice LaMarche, who too played the voice of the Brain from "Pinky and the Brain", which ironically, the Brain is a caricature of Orson Welles.

  • hmm, not so ironic as if he had played Egon in the actual movie, but yeah, I see where you're coming from.

  • Yes... Oh YES!

  • What was the name of this episode?

  • This episode is titled "Frankie and Ellie Get Lost". I've added the episode titles to all of my uploaded clips for your viewing pleasure.

  • Ok, thanks very much for adding that info.

  • I think it's more a joke about his blacklisted sell-out days

  • I'm actually writing the script for a video project that involves Orson Welles' ghost.

Come on, he's gone to a better place. Can't he at least have his youthful body back?

  • He did have his youthful body.... but then he found the fish sticks :D

  • can't resist mrs. pelle's fishsticks XD

  • LOL

  • they're even beter when you're dead!

  • lol okay it's official, from now on I'll refer to any fishstick that I eat as Mrs. Pelle's Fishsticks. Anyone else should do so as well xD

  • ...And Paul Mason wine

  • AWSOME

  • Could u put on the whole episode?

  • You did see the last simpson halloween ep right?

Maurice LaMarche Played Wells again in the final short!

  • Yep...I uploaded it.

  • Kick A$&!

  • oh how i love this part as much as "A tale of probate, beneficiaries, and GOBLINS!"

  • It's probably how he died, eating Mrs. Pell's Fishsticks raw. That's not funny; I apologize to the Orson Welles enthuthiasts.

  • I agree with 420nites

  • funny, but why was he chewing before he even ate one

  • Hehehe, I think he was drooling.

  • DUH!!

    Of cours its MOE!!

    HE ROX...OUT LOUD!!

  • thats brain from pinky and the brain

  • "They're even better when you're dead!" Any jackass knows that the guy who did the voice of Brain (Maurice LaMarche) based it on Orson Welles. In fact, nearly all the shows are in some way related to Orson Welles, i.e. the infomercial one or Das Boot or something.

  • people who have been deprived of pinky and the brain just dont get it.. ; D

  • funny!

  • Pretty horrible for an impersonation

  • Some fans argued that Maurice Lamarche who provided the voice of Orson Welles in this episode and dubbed over Vincent D'Onofrio in "Ed Wood" and the Brain, who too is a caricature of Orson Welles, say he sound more like Vincent Price instead.

  • ...now that you mention it. O_o

  • lol

  • You should edit a "The Critic" orson welles montage.

    Funny ass clip btw
