Just for your information the windows are boarded up for safety reasons and to make it look less run down. There have been many planning applications over the years but the land owners have been difficult. The front facing building was a nursing home and then converted into flats. That building closed down fairly recently. it was a bad place, but your video is inciting anger and doesnt help!
This building needs to be raised to the ground, the victims all found and allowed to shout it from the roof tops, about the sick abuse they have suffered.
The truth will out one way or another, keep on exposing this evil, people can only turn the over cheek for so long.

This building needs to be raised to the ground, the victims all found and allowed to shout it from the roof tops, about the sick abuse they have suffered.
