they are bank rupt, buildings have been stopped construction left and right, they even stopped making that big hotel condo that was supposed to spin in circles and they stopped the worlds largest building,

an how do you know this ? id like to see sum proof of that, cause they have millions of dollars to spend, there trying to attract more tourists, an thats a big reason for building all those palm leafs, an 7 star hotels, etc...
