I feel like this is my rule of thumb - dark eyes, light lips, dark lips - light eyes. This is a cool look for halloween - but there are way less extreme ways of getting a pinup look - all you need is liquid liner and red lipstick pretty much.

But this was really cool though thanks for posting - you definitely have skills.

I use a very similar eye technique for my Edie Sedgwick inspired makeup. I use blue and grey eyeshadow instead though and draw fake bottom eyelashes with liquid eyeliner.
