  • nice ghazal i like it

  • shes bengali

  • and ur eskimo

  • u think im kidding? look it up for yourself

  • then Nadeem (actor) is also bengali,

nawaz sharif and me are kahsmiris

shaan the actor is aslo kashmiri

yaar what point ur trying to make here

she lives in pakistan and i think she will say she is a pakistani.

  • im not trying to make any point... someone asked whre shes from and i simply said she's bengali... who cares what she says, she's still originally bengali... no1 said anything about that being a bad thing

  • Well, if someone asked her her nationality, she'll say Pakistani, and if someone asked her ethnicity, she'll say Bengali or Punjabi or whatever she is. There is a huge difference between nationality and ethnicity. One could be American by nationality, but be Chinese by ethnicity. Get my point?

  • @Nejiboud never mind the nationality but she is supberb singer. music have no natinality or boundries

  • I didn't ask what you thought of her ethnicity or your opinion on ethnicity, I just asked what it was, because I wanted to know.

  • Cool, I thought so, very nice singer.

  • singer is a singer...will it matter if she id punjabi, balochi, pathan ir sindhi.....SHE IS PAKISTANI......................love pakistan

  • What about people who don't believe in the nation state system? Or who are not nationalist? What is so wrong in wanting to know one's heritage? If you don't want you know, thats up to you, but let others be whatever they want to be.

  • becoz of ppl like u we will hve 72 sects in ummha and u r only wan to know shit that dozt appeal to any one .. so stop asking or if u could then delete ur this usless question from this song. i would appreciate u . tata

  • No, its people like you who have made Pakistan a huge failure. Stop trying to make people stop asking questions. In a civilised society, everyone should be able to ask whatever they want to ask. And what umma are you talking about? Go ask a Saudi or Iranian what they think of Pakistanis and how Pakistanis are treated in the Arab countries, they spit on us. Pakistanis need to come to 2009, stop imposing any ideology on anyone, and just let people be.

  • i think she is nt Punjabi singer n its luks from this coz her accent is urdu

  • Is Tina Punjabi, Sindhi, or Muhajir? Does anyone know? Thanks.

  • she is pakistani

  • Pakistani is not an ethnicity, what do you think, in 1947, all of a sudden, a new "people" emerged??? Pakistani is a nationality, Punjabi, Sindhi, Balochi, Pathan are ethnicities. They are totally different things.

And if you guys don't want to know her ethnicity, then don't bother, but stop telling me what is important to me.

  • @Nejiboud haha your mad arrogant shaks

  • @TheMrsoscar

Maybe I am a little, but I just get sick of Pakistanis pushing nationalism on me, some people go overboard in trying to make us appear as one unified nation. I am proud of being Pakistani, but I also know that I probably have more in common with the Sikhs across the border than with Muhajirs in Karachi or even with Sindhis. It doesn't mean anything sinister, just that we need to own up and celebrate diversity, not hide it in the name of nationalism. I'm proud to be Punjabi.

  • Fantastic,zabardast
