This is fantastic! I'm so glad you put this up there I've been trying so hard to find a good way to make one of these for a friend! How long do you think I should wait before putting icing on? I was thinking of letting it wait a day, your thoughts?
@thuringwethil93 Thank you :) I don't remember if I mentioned this in my video, but it needs to cool just like a regular cake. I let mine cool to room temperature, put it in a cake container, and stick it in the fridge. When I'm ready to ice/frost it, I either make the frosting/icing, or get the store bought kind out and stir it. I then apply it to the cake/pizza.
@dhameerical Let me get this right: you watched my video, logged in, and then wasted your time in a failed attempt to put me down? You're very pathetic! You must have low self esteem to take time out of your day to make disparaging remarks. FYI: I am NOT your buddy. I'd NEVER be friends with you or your ilk.
@cindyhouston I decorated my step son's for his 18th b'day. It's nothing spectacular. I also done one for my domestic partner's b'day last year. I'll inbox you the links.
@cindyhouston LOL, you're a complete stranger, but I just dug out this pan..it was WAY in the back of my cabinet...anyway, I measured it with a tape, and it came to 16". The pan I purchased it MainStays 16" pizza pan at walmart . c o m I wouldn't buy it again, but since this is the only thing I use it for, it'll do. Thanks for your question :)
@KeKsMaRz If you have a KitchenAid, it won't take near as long. If you're doing it how I did it, 20-25 for the cookie pizza to bake. Prep was a bit longer than the actual video. Since this was such a long time ago, I'd say 15 minutes or a little bit more or less depending on how fast you move and how organized you are. Good luck & thanks for your comment.
@DORKIFIIEDx You know, I really don't know. I've never worked in a bakery, nor do I know anyone that has. If I ever find out, I'll post. Thanks for your question.
