It's been 9 months since I've used a neti-pot. Cured myself of nasal infection that lasted over a year before I started using the neti-pot. Neti-pot 2or3 times a day will help dislodge the yellow & green boogers that cover up the nasal infection. That, and daily aerobic exercise, breathing thru the nose with the mouth closed.

its ok...i still have major congeston(spelled wrong) and major ear problems but im still using it in hopes that it will get better.

It does help, it also is good for nasal drip, allergies, and rhinitis (allergic, but I think I also read it works for chronic rhinitis too) takes practice though, after the first time you get used to it..i don't mind using it

You know you're not supposed to use regular iodized Morton salt, right? It's really bad for your nose and burns really bad. Use special nose salt from your drug store or NettiRinse packets.
