Oh my - I just fell a little bit in love with Jose Carreras... They both sing this so beautifully. The way he sings gently and lovingly to her is sublime (and he looks gorgeous in his Samson wig!) Jose - Je t'aime!

Yes , most , not all of course , but most opera singers have big mouths and or jaws and are big in other areas . Carreras never appeared big to me but neither does he sound like Corelli who was at least tall .

@tenore23 Well actually there is no dynamic indication in the score for the vocal line there (there's a 'p' for the strings) but it is a lovely falsetto.
