This video is a rip off of Muse's iconic Uprising music video. Just look at the bears in the Uprising video and it becomes obvious where Radiohead took that idea from. Also the whole synthy keyboard sound is an attempt to emulate the sounds in Uprising. You can also hear flashes of Muse's Supermassive Black Hole in this track with the whole dance vibe it tries to emulate from the Muse song.

@jibblychupos I speak as a Muse fan here rather than a Radiohead fan, but I fail to see any similarities between any of the songs you've just mentioned, besides the fact they have electronic elements. I also fail to see the dance vibe in this song, to me it's supposed to be a more sombre song. Electronic songs don't automatically have a dance vibe. Not to mention a lot of Muse's electronic sounds are actually created through electric and bass guitar effects rather than synths.

Basically,I said 4/5,because I can count 4 beats(1,2,3,4)-but this 'cycle' is performed 5 times before the tune repeats itself.

Excuse the poor explanation,but basically a 'normal' tune plays 4 beats,4 times(16 beats).

THIS ONE plays 20 beats before returning to the start(if ya get me drift loik).

what i was trying to say was that the second number represents the amount of time every note gets in the measure. so in a 4/4 measure, each beat is a quarter note long. you would count it "1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and" but in say a 9/8 measure every note only gets an eight note space. thats the best way i can explain it

close my friend, this is a 4/4 song though. You were half right. If you count 4 quarter notes... (count 1,2,3,4) with the snares hiting on 2 and 4 and then you will get the feel. The first number denotes how many hits and the second is the type of hit (quarter notes, half notes, triplets) so basically, it could also be 8/8 or 16/16. I've never heard of 4/5 timing, but 5/4 is a common radiohead signature where you can count (1,2,3,4,5) using quarter notes.
