If i didn't know this was on the Wii i would say this was a pretty good looking ps3/XBox 360 game,

No joke, and how they managed to do this on the Wii, i don't know, but unfortunately it seems that other then Sega with Sonic, Nintendo with Mario and those guys with Red Steel games, no one else tries to push the Wii...

They're different characters. Red Steel and Red Steel 2 are completely different games, however they are still under the same brand name.

The develepors were very clever when they made this game. The style of graphics make them look almost like a 360 game but they really arent. Its just the cell shaded art style which makes it seem that way.

I thought this game was very repetitive due to the lack of strategy in combat. Sure it has great graphics, but the overworld was empty as hell and the only thing you could really do was enter buildings, kill ninjas/katakara/jackals, or break objects. But I admit, some of the parts were badass and purely enjoyable and I commend Ubisoft for making something this stylized and badass for the wii.

Why do people say "Good for a Wii game"? Why not just god damn good? The art style in this game really makes it pop. This game could EASILY fool those eye-candy lovers immediately if they were to pass by and see this game on a screen. Could easily fool them into believing it's a game on 360. Of course, this is not the ONLY game that has and is capable of doing that. ;)

@KomicTurtle I think it's less "The Wii is bad" and more "So much FOR the Wii has been lack luster that being impressed is a novel event." How many titles do you get giddy about for the Wii, vs the 360-PS3-PC?

Maybe this is a new trend, with the Wii moving away from solely kiddy stuff.
