im just wondering...when we read the poem, do we read it just like this video? or a little faster? or does the pace not matter at all?

The pace does not matter. But the video shows the way when most people appreciate a poem

IIt is suppose to be the way to recite a poem, to appreciate and ponder on it while saying it. I think. :-)
