Wow - it took you more than 5 minutes to start just the enrollment process! I think you need to spend more time learning about the Internet and people's attention span. There is some good info here but like your site, you have to wait or dig to find out "what's in it for me?" Okay... I'm now 7 minutes (7 minutes!) into this and I'm giving up...
I sort of see the appeal of FF - collecting all the social noise into one place, but there's a lot of overlap in these networks and bringing them all into FF duplicates a lot.
for instance, if you use twitterfeed to post healdines from your blog then those tweets are not needed if you also pull in your rss feed.
while having everything in one place may suit some, i prefer to be able to tailor unique messages to each group.
This sounds pretty interesting. I'm a complete newby here (just resend learned what's a blog...), but I do learn fast. And that's thanks to you. Great stuff, really!
Brilliant... who ever invented this deserves the highest of recognitions on the internet... Ed Dale you are absolutely outdoing yourself teaching us all of this stuff... I can honestly say that this lesson has been the eye opener for me... I can see the value in this Thirty Day Challenge and all I can say is thank you Ed... you are an outstanding blessing to the internet!
Great video. But keep in mind WATCH WHAT YOU SAY! Everything and more is posted. For instance, if you subscribe to Digg in your feed, than every digg AND every comment you make on others diggs is posted in your Friendfeed. Talk about a way to really stay mindful of the image you present (or to Really know a person). Still, I like watching my Friendfeed and look forward to learning more.
Thanks Ed. I've been waiting for this video. Finally someone explained how friendfeed works, or should work. Now I have to go clean up my feed so it's not so overwhelming.
I strongly believe that social Internet can replace or enhance the job resume by telling more about the person (employee) in a true and in a matter that a job interview cannot do.

This looks like a good way to aggregate everything. It's a great way to get ideas also.
