Serena has been looking like her for about 2 years. I have seen other women who are much bigger than Serena. The British team contained Betty Nuthall, Phoebe Watson, Peggy Saunders Michell, Dorothy Shepherd Barron and Phyllis Covell (playing captain). The US won 4-3, with Helen Wills taking the score to 4-1 by beating Betty Nuthall 8-6, 8-6, an unusually tough match for the French, Wimbledon and US singles champion of the time.

Helen Wills Moody died in 1998. Pity it's not possible to watch some of her matches. Imagine being able to see her playing Suzanne Lenglen in their legendary match at the Carlton Club in Cannes in 1926 (their only meeting, won 6-3, 8-6 by Suzanne)!
