weihrauch all the way i have the 77k 80k and 97k(check my vids)i sold my bsa lightning xl to be fair it was nowhere near in the league of my weihrauchs - bsa are now made in spain with cheap engineering and not a patch on when they were made in england(although they still bare the stamp) i also have a daystate huntsman pcp but the trusty old weihrauch hw97k never lets me down - i rate it as my best rifle over several others i have and its a match for my huntsman if not better for hunting - john
Cheers for uploading this vid its really good. i have a old weirauch hw77 but it isnt as powerful as it once was and as im only 13 its a bit heavy with a scope so i was thinking about getting the bsa lightening xl do you think its worth the money
ILuvBorderCollies - Yeah i did find some after looking around, but in the end i sold both of those guns and got me a nice little BSA Ultra multishot in tactical stock :) Sweet as a nut and easier to fit a bipod too :)
yeah im gunna buy some now you reminded me... ive got the right size for my gun but theres just a little bit of a gap around the edge of the pellet to the barrel, and on my previous ones i remember it didn't have that....
hello good choice of rifles i have always had the trusty lightning but a couple of weeks a go i went to my local gun shop and found a second hand hw77 with a walther 3x9x40 scope a case and a tin of 500 accupell pellets for £230 best money i have ever spent awsom but i still use my lightning for pigeons as the hw77 is a bit heavy after 30 woodys lol
i got a bsa comet. for some reason my gun shoots to the right. no matter how much i adjust my scope to the left it hits to the same spot. the barrel seems fine. does anyone know what could be causing it?
I always like tried and true PCP and really like my AirArms because the repeater magazine is so easy to load. But Logan makes pretty smooth action airguns.
Welcome to the Club!! Actually I'm not super sure "if" I like mine..the pellets are hard to load and it's not as "smooth" as I would expect. Maybe I'll tune it but not sure...God Shootin!
The gun can be tuned..I'm sure a good UK tuner can tune yours. Mine is technically a "FAC" model and the recoil isn't bad..but enough to break a few scopes I thought it would hold up. The firing cycle is a bit sharp, but not rough.
That's cool. So Logun is still in business over in the UK? Over here in the states there is very little parts and repair support. But getting back to tuning springers. Often it involves a spring change..along with tighter fitting guides around the spring, piston seals, lubrication and such.
