hello alaje, how are you? i would like to know if their are any lightworkers going to Africa and other 3rd world countrys. because i think they really have no idea about spiritual development with Love and Light. I think it would be very helpful for them, or does the existance protect all poor and innocent people?

@caho99 You are the existence! You don't inhabit reality, you ARE the reality. We share this vast, incredible dream together. The experiences this world offers at this time are emotionally tumultuous or often seem awful or unfair. But just know that we came here for the experiences, all in all your consciousness is a gift, not a curse, the results are worth it, and best of all is we are one and we are all IMMORTAL.

@3nlighted I'm finding there are many keys to this spiritual awakening. Emotional love is foremost. After that I believe it's the constant generation of thought, of combined intent to call energy forth. I'm realizing that overcoming anger is terribly difficult and something that frankly I'm not very used to. But I'll try very hard to process it and also to curb my own inherent animal selfishness. All while building faith and confidence in myself. Tough challenges indeed.

@mark32811 It's normal to have anger once and a while...You still have to confront and let go of old issus. But we still have to leave room for the new. We are all on a learning process = going on the path of more light. We are not the most perfect of worlds down here = duality ;-)

I love this meditation and love the music that you used. I also love the fact that you did not expose your face, so it's more about what you say and convey to get across than you promoting your ego self. Excellent!!!

Thank you Alaje!

Such a gentle, calm, and yet powerful exercise. I'm frequently playing the video to help me focus and perform this meditation.

One thing i still have to work on is "seeing" the Light. Maybe it's my gemini nature, maybe my 2 bodies are not aligned (maybe my energetic body is somewhere where my physical body cannot follow)... One thing that seems to help me is the image suggested in Adam Dreamhealer's message here "Preserving Canada's Arctic North"

I have no desire to smoke now. My body tingles uncontrollably and my lungs feel as if they are regenerating. I have a pack a day habit and have no desire to smoke now. What a miraculous and beautiful exercise of love and compassion. I can't stop taking these amazing full breaths! I love all of you!
