Have you ever experienced this...When my imac 27inch has been sleeping for almost 3 to 6 hours or w.e for a long time....i would see a bunch of white spots on my screen especially if you use a black wallpaper. But their obviously not dead because when i move a window like firefox or imovie over those white spots they disappear. This is not an issue when my computer has been OFF for a long time, only when it sleep for awhile like 4 to 6 hours. Thanks

@1Stunna2323 The screen size will blow you away! Having that much space to run multiple apps and documents side by side is a dream. Also, the performance is out of this world. I've bought three 27 inch iMacs in the past year and I plan to get more. I have two side by side, my wife has the same setup, and now I'm getting my daughters a similar setup. My daughters already have MacBook Pros, but they need desktops too. I'm also getting a couple of iPads, when the new ones come out in February!

@Dilekz Most viruses for the Mac are Trojan Horses, which require you to give the virus permission to access your system before it can do its work. So by simply running only things you trust you eliminate the effectiveness of Trojan Horses. And yes, there have been other viruses for the Mac, but they are so few and so ineffective that they wither away and die off before any damage is done.

I got a 27 iMac late 2009, this is my second iMac after g5 late 2006 which was my first Mac computer, so I trade it to get 21.5 iMac I use it for two weeks, I returned it put more money and get the big ass brother 27 incher, now I am so glad for this apple product, now I am waiting the led cinema display 27 coming on September 2010 for my 15.4 aluminum unibody MacBook pro.still waiting the next generation iPad coming around Christmas,
