How to get SHINY legendary Pokémon WITHOUT action replay! [HQ]

I don't see the hate towards Action replay. What I did was use it AFTER I beat the game. I then had fun messing around with my codes, and for some reason I found it fun getting lvl. 2 and 1 Arceus'.

First off there is no way that you can get a shiny Arceus. The creators of the game actually embedded a code in it to where even if someone tries to make a legal download event for the shiny arceus they will eventually end up in an utter failure for it is impossible to get a shiny arceus. (Even by soft resetting) Trie the Poke radar. Thats how I get all of my shinies i have a shiny larvitar up for trade but itll cost ya. @shinydialga123 i know they dont have to be hacked. but most people, when they get a shiny pokemon are 99% likely to keep it for themselves and not give it away. nearly every shiny pokemon on the GTS is hacked. if you don't want to go through the process, but don't expect a shiny pokemon then. there's far easier methods of getting shinies to. there's also they pokeradar. Exactly, it is just a game. we play it for its entertainment value. no need to spoil an epic game by using hacks and cheats,

@TheUnderdog2020 For the pokeradar, if I`ve chained 40 pokemon of any pokemon and no shiny grass appears then I quickly go save infront of dailgia and soft reset at it.. I just have to on and off at least 200 times, to encounter a shiny dailgia? :D If this is true however, then if I encounter 80magikarps then soft reset at giratina that be possible without the pokeradar or I have to use the pokeradar to chain any possible pokemon? I can get any legendary shiny anytime I want. It's really easy. No wonder people trade them on the GTS to people like you who have no idea how to get them. There are only two ways that that could have been possible, and the second of those two is a little-known, long, and tiring process. So therefore, that almost makes it certain that he hacked them in; not a good sign for somebody who claims to have got them without action replay.

Since I don't have WiFi, and the legends arn't registered into my pokedex yet(that and the fact that most legends in the GTS are hacked anyway), I think I'll just SR for one to find my SID, then use the RNG method to get tons of Shinies legally.

simply by SR (soft resetting). e.g. : ur standing next to ho-oh, you save the game. reset untill you get it shiny. chance is about 8100 or so. save as just wild PKMN.
