Ive seen this show twice. The singers are amazing, whoever says they are not doesn't know anything. I saw John Ghallager as Jonny once, and Van Hughes the other time, they're almost identical. Stark sands and michael esper are also amazing singers. Rebecca steals the show though.
ALSO, I know for a fact John Ghallager and Stark sands are straight, Tony vincent is married to Aspen vincent ( she is also in the cast). Learn a thing or two about theatre before you hate on it.

Impressive musical. Just i do feel that the singers that lead have more of a pop voice and just too cheery to really compliment the music. I understand that this isn't Green Day performing. But I feel the singers should have had less of a nasal sound and more of a full sound and stop the British speaking.
Theo Stockman is the love of my life. Minus the fact that...you know...he doesn't quite know about it yet. i saw the show in new york and it was amazing! the voices these people have blew me away. i loved it. i wish life was a musical so you could run around singing out of nowhere and pple wouldnt think you're weird. actually, my friend and i already do that and we dont care if pple think we're weird. XD

All the people who are hating this song need to realiZe that its a musical if they wouldvetranslated billie joes vocals into this they woyldnt be able to do those awesome harmonies in there it would just sond like 20 billie joes at once so you know what good job american idiot cast!

Ive seen this show twice. The singers are amazing, whoever says they are not doesn't know anything. I saw John Ghallager as Jonny once, and Van Hughes the other time, they're almost identical. Stark sands and michael esper are also amazing singers. Rebecca steals the show though.
ALSO, I know for a fact John Ghallager and Stark sands are straight, Tony vincent is married to Aspen vincent ( she is also in the cast). Learn a thing or two about theatre before you hate on it.

love this song, hate that's it a musical and sung by half-ass singers... i feel like they are trying to sound like green day and not singing like themselves... no matter what, musicals like these will get a fair share of hate from the fans and im definitely one of the haters... its not just that impressive and this isn't the only clip of the american idiot musical i've seen, so i'm just basing it on one performance

Impressive musical. Just i do feel that the singers that lead have more of a pop voice and just too cheery to really compliment the music. I understand that this isn't Green Day performing. But I feel the singers should have had less of a nasal sound and more of a full sound and stop the British speaking.

Theo Stockman is the love of my life. Minus the fact that...you know...he doesn't quite know about it yet. But we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. c : Anyway, I have to point out that there is such a thing, although i'm sure it's a foreign concept to some people, and it's called...follow me here....acting. Weird, right? That someone who went to Tish at NYU can act? Unheard of! So, this cast is amazing, this show is amazing, this VIDEO is amazing. I love it all. <3
